Business correspondence, contracts, financial records, newspaper clippings, abstract of titles, zoning correspondence and newspaper clippings for the Brickell Avenue area, and other real estate business. Of particular interest are the files detailing the division of the Brickell estate following Maude Brickell's bankruptcy in 1929, and the ensuing lawsuits involving Brickell, Pietro and Elisabeth Di Pietro and Ray.

Box 1 contain sales and rental records for the Carl G. Fisher properties and the Miami Beach Bay Shore Company. Properties are identified by subdivision, block and lot numbers.

Boxes 2 and 3 contain records of various properties in Miami Beach (a few are for Surfside, Bal Harbour and Golden Isles) that Chase appraised betweem 1946 amd 1967. Some include maps, photographs and a description of the zoning conditions and demographics at the time. Notable is the appraisal of the Briggs estate for the estate of Jane C. Briggs in 1955, when the zoning for "Millionaires Row" was about to change to hotels and apartments.

Plat maps, personal and business correspondence and ephemera are in box 3.

Handwritten notes added in 2014 by Carolyn Klepser detail the owners and architects of some of the properties.

The Real Estate Ephemera Collection gathers ephemera and news clippings that document events, places, people and issues related to real estate in South Florida and the Caribbean. Files include  broadsides, brochures, pamphlets, newspaper clippings, tickets and other printed promotional pieces for developments and land sales in Dade County during the 1920s real estate boom.
