[i]Includes map with locations of existing buildings, and diagrams showing proposed structures that were to be executed in the Mediterranean Revival style. Bright recommended moving the Black Grove community west of US 1 and the Florida East Coast Railway tracks. Using "a benevolent leadership" he proposed a design which would provide separate civic, commercial, cultural amenities, and include communal bath houses for men and women.[/i]
