Title search was handled by the Security Abstract Company in 1908. As the papers are endorsed for G. B. Battle a year after Bertha Battle bought her land, the occasion may have been a further transfer of ownership.

      Twp. 56 S, Range 39 E is located in the Goulds Quadrangle. Section 19 is bounded by Silver Palm Drive (SW 232 Street) to the north, Coconut Palm Drive (SW 248 Street) to the south, Tennessee Road (SW 167 Avenue) to the east, and Krome Avenue to the west. At present day (2014), the Redland Golf and Country Club is near part of the land.
