The papers belonged to Daly Highleyman, and pertain to his family's business and social activities in Miami. Contents include correspondence, photographic prints, clippings, magazines and directories. Of particular interest are photographic prints documenting the dredging, land development and building activities of Locke Highleyman. Also included is an autobiographical account by J. W. Greenleaf, who during his engineering career worked on the Miami Airport in 1948, and on the Asuncion, Paraguay, water system; and genealogical information on the DuVal family.
