Correspondence, radio addresses, clippings, and publications pertain to aviation, Islandia (Elliot Key), political campaigns, and real estate. Aviation series includes Miami All American Air Maneuvers, Naval bases, jetport, proposed airports, and Greater Miami Airport Association. Islandia materials include City of Islandia, Seadade port and refinery, and Biscayne National Monument, now Biscayne National Park.

Correspondence, school reports, Miami High School yearbooks, the Adirondack-Florida School Christmas letters, club membership directories, photographs, newspaper clippings, Eleventh Judical Circuit grand jury report and other ephemera mostly pertaining to the interests and pursuits of Ralph Munroe and his son, Wirth. Of interest are two letters from an Associate at the American Museum of Natural History asking Ralph to provide data on the capture of a Whale Shark in off the Florida Keys.

Tea Chest correspondence, invoices and guest book. The Tea Chest was a Coconut Grove tea room and gift shop. Material reflects a wide variety of items for the shop, many handcrafted, and includes letters from the United Society of Shakers, Cowan Pottery, and enterprises run by women across the country, as well as invoices from Miami area businesses.

Primarily photographs of rural and urban scenes of Cuba from the 1920s through the 1970s include: parades and processions, people posing with automobiles, adults and children engaged in work and leisure activites, street scenes, public building and landmarks. Also contains a halftone print of the railway from Regla to Matanzas, a fan from Baptist Health South Florida with an image of El caballero de París.

2011 calendar, titled "Doce Poemas de Miguel Barnet" and illustrated by 15 Cuban artists, celebrates the 70th birthday of poet Miguel Barnet.

Of particular interest are the files detailing the division of the Brickell estate following Maude Brickell's bankruptcy in 1929, and the ensuing lawsuits involving Brickell, Pietro and Elisabeth Di Pietro and Ray.

Scrapbooks contain materials on the Bel Aire Hotel, Hotel President Madison, Emmett W. Kehoe for County Solicitor, Multiple Sclerosis Fund, and Royal Palm Club. Many of the clippings report on notable visitors. Others relate to gambling at the Royal Palm Club in the late 1930s and to strategies to develop tourism.

The Raymond A. Mohl collection contains mostly newspaper clippings from the Miami Times that informed Dr. Mohl's  extensive research on urban issues in South Florida. The bulk pertains to the experiences of minority groups such as African Americans, Cubans, Haitians, Jamaicans,and Puerto Ricans in Miami. Topics include immigration, race relations, riots, and the trial of police officer, Wiliam Lozano.  Of note is a collection of columns that T. Willard Fair wrote for the Miami Times.

The Real Estate Ephemera Collection gathers ephemera and news clippings that document events, places, people and issues related to real estate in South Florida and the Caribbean. Files include  broadsides, brochures, pamphlets, newspaper clippings, tickets and other printed promotional pieces for developments and land sales in Dade County during the 1920s real estate boom.

Large format, black-and-white negatives, including aerial photographs, street scenes, and other views of the Miami and Miami Beach areas. The aerial views date from the 1910s-1930s, and the 1950s.

Negatives include 4x5 and 5x7 glass plate and film negatives. Contact prints have been made from many of the images.
