Photocopies of lists of historically or architecturally significant buildings built in Dade County prior to 1940. Each folder contains a short overview, followed by a list of properties, arranged by street address. Each entry gives the date built, the architect, and one to three ratings for architectural, historic and contextual significance. A list of architects and the buildings they designed is included, along with some historic designation reports.

Scrapbooks of newspaper clippings and news articles, brochures, photographic prints and renderings on Mylar feature Reiff designed buildings in Dade and Broward counties.
