              The records include approximately 170 drawings for residential, commerical and institutional projects and 30 folders of project submittals for the American Institutue of Architects Florida/Caribbean honor and design awards programs.

              Series 1, drawings, includes architectural drawings for buildings in the Bahamas, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Homestead, Key Biscayne, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, and elsewhere.

              Series 2, project submittals:  Photographs illustrate the project submittals as well as document progress on various projects. Also included are Mr. Reed's examination papers with answers from the architectural boards for the states of Georgia and Florida.

              Collection consists of drawings and some blueprints. Each folder lists the name of the building or type of structure, developer/owner, location, date, and number of sheets. Many of the sheets are fragile and insect damaged.
